Privacy Policy

At Noryqix S.A. ("Noryqix", "we") we process personal data in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, as well as the complementary rules issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
2. Data we collect
We collect first name, last name, email and contact data that you provide to us when subscribing to the newsletter or filling in forms. We also record anonymised technical data such as truncated IP address, device type, browser, operating system and visited pages, for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to send you communications about projects and updates you subscribed to, respond to enquiries, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the platform. The legal basis is your free, express and informed consent and Noryqix's legitimate interest in managing the relationship.
4. Retention
We keep the data while an active relationship exists or for the periods required by applicable regulations. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from the link included in each communication or by writing to privacy@noryqix.com.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may engage data processors (hosting, email delivery and analytics providers) that act under documented instructions from Noryqix and with protection levels equivalent to those provided by Law 25,326.
6. International transfers
When it is necessary to transfer data outside Argentina, we will only do so to countries with adequate protection levels or by means of contractual clauses that guarantee such protection, in accordance with AAIP Provision 60/E/2016.
7. Rights of the data subject
As data subject you have the rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure and confidentiality. You may exercise them free of charge at intervals of no less than six months (except demonstrated legitimate interest) by writing to privacy@noryqix.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs and periodic vulnerability assessments.
9. Minors
The service is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect a registration corresponding to a minor, we delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update the policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this page with its last updated date. Substantial changes will be communicated through the usual means.
