These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the site noryqix.com ("the Site"), owned by Noryqix S.A. By accessing and using the Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.
2. Purpose of the site
The Site provides institutional information about the real estate crowdlending activity in Argentina, allows subscription to a newsletter and disseminates market updates. By itself it does not constitute a public offering of securities or personalised financial advice.
3. Usage requirements
The use of the Site is reserved to people over 18 years of age with legal capacity to contract. By using it you agree to provide truthful information and not to infringe third-party rights nor the applicable legislation in the Argentine Republic.
4. Intellectual property
The contents, trademarks, logos, texts, images, code and designs of the Site are owned by Noryqix S.A. or hold valid licences. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Investments in real estate crowdlending projects are subject to risks, including the possible partial or total loss of the contributed capital. Outcomes depend on economic, regulatory and project-specific factors. Past results do not guarantee future results.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy derived from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless otherwise provided by law.
